Please visit the students’ wiki page for the lastest updates. it is located on the right of this blog. This site is where I put internet sites to teach and resources for the students/parents. I am planning to include any power points so you can also see what I am teaching your child. If you save the site as a bookmark, you will need to “refresh” the site each visit, as to upload new items. Please remember this site is a “work in progress”.
If you do not have internet access, please let me so I can make sure your child can visit/complete the activities at school.
Thanks for everything

Thanks to all who came
For those of you who could not attend, here are the highlights:
Mrs. Edgren presented a program of all the computer/technology programs that fifth graders use throughout the year. The following programs are used only at WOES: SuccessMaker- Reading and Math, FastMath, SRI and SMI. Kidbiz and ixl can be used at school and at home. Parents can sign-up for these programs too. This will allow you to receive reports on your child’s progress.
EOGs for this year: You child will have to take Science, Reading and Math (Calculator active and calculator in-active) in May. Please have your child at school and on time for testing. The fifth grade teachers will have review sessions prior to testing. You child will benefit from these sessions.
I sent home today a parent report from SuccessMaker. This report gave you the current levels as well as the areas of concerns (areas that need to be work on). I use this report also for small group learning.
I hope this information helps those who could not attend. Please e-mail me if you have any questions or write them down for our conference.
Thanks for allowing to work with your child this year
